Curriculum Center

The Museum's Education Team produces several curriculum units each year which help teachers and students make the most of their trips to the Museum. Each unit relates to a specific exhibition and includes pre- and post-visit lesson plans that are aligned with state standards (EALRs and GLEs).

We team up with local university professors, educators and students to take an interdisciplinary approach to our curriculum units, using art to engage students in math, science, history, literature and more. Select units come with interactive CD-ROMs, DVDs or handouts to enhance the curriculum lessons.
