Hot Lunch
Celebrate Fridays at the Museum of Glass!
Every Friday from noon to 1 pm, you can watch some of the region’s hottest talent create artwork from molten glass in the Hot Shop Amphitheater while enjoying a delicious boxed lunch from Gallucci’s Catering. Bring your friends or business associates and celebrate Fridays with us.

Lunch Orders
Order your Hot Lunch by calling 253.572.9593 or emailing gabi@galluccis.com (please plan to bill your order to your credit card). Be sure to call before 3 pm on Wednesday to make a reservation. Your delicious boxed lunch is provided by Gallucci’s Catering.

Lunch Selections
Salads will be served with a roll and butter, Sandwiches will be served with a pasta salad. All boxed lunches will include a dessert and bottled water.

- Fresh Strawberry Salad with Mixed Greens, Almonds, Blue Cheese and Poppy Seed Dressing
- Mediterranean Antipasto: Fresh Vegetables, Salami and Dips with Pita Toasts
- Curry Chicken Salad with Golden Raisins on Sourdough Bread
- House Roasted Turkey Sandwich with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce, Spinach, Tomato, and Fresh Mozzarella
- Traditional Tomato Caprese Sandwich with Fresh Mozzarella and Basil

Lunch: $10 per person
When you order your lunch (253.572.9593 or gabi@galluccis.com), please have your Visa or Mastercard ready to pay for your order. Unless you’re already a member, you’ll pay Museum admission when you arrive.
